Recites that Harvey has agreed to purchase of Barnardiston: -- all the impropriate rectory of Northill, Ickwell, Upper and Nether Caldecot, with all tithes (except glebe land and buildings and tithes from lands and Home close belonging to dwelling house of George Barnardiston, and close of pasture with spinney adjoining Home close east, and 2 acres in Northill backside, in the occupation of George Barnardiston and John Harvey). Agreed: Barnardiston will assure purchase to Harvey. Harvey will pay £1200 and convey property back by way of mortgage to Barnardiston and wife Katherine, and will convey to them the 2 acres in Northill backside. Witnesses: C. Dymoke, C. Dymoke junior.
