- 2 acres arable in Longmore field Ledbury, abutting on land of Robert Stone North, Upper Hall South, way to Newe Myls West, Nether Hall East.
Covenants: i) promises that at next barley sowing time he will plough, sow, manure at fit and reasonable times the lands in Longmore field, and will mow, cock and carry the barley. Third of crop to go to ii) third to i) third to John Hall.
ii) agrees to provide the seed.
