    Executrix. “loving and trusty good friend Sarah Sutton”, wife of Edward Sutton of Northill yeoman. To kinswoman Elizabeth Osborn spinster, daughter and heir of St. John Osborn gentleman deceased, who was son of William Osborn gentleman deceased, second son of Edward, esquire deceased, manor, capital messuage, etc., in Northill in the occupation of Edward Sutton, and all lands in Northill, Ickwell , Upper and Lower Caldecote, Beeston, Brook End, Hatch, Thorncote, Budnoe and Sandy. Personal estate has been given away by deed of gift to Sarah Sutton, on condition testator “is carefully looked unto and provided for in the time of my sickness”. Witnesses: William Tompion, Henry Killworth, Richard Ravens, John Merrill, Richard Lee.
