    -- to wife, Ditchford Mill Holmes, Irchester, Irthlingborough Northamptonshire, held on lease from ‘The late Queen Mother and her trustees’, for her life. -- to mother-in-law, Mrs Dixon, and John Dickins £10 each -- bequests to poor of Podington, and to two maidservants. -- if his wife is with child at his decease, all estate, real and personal to the child, subject to debts and legacies, when it comes of age. Also the reversion of the estates settled on his wife as jointure. in default of issue: -- legacies to Anne Maria, ‘sister Finche’s’ daughter. 4 persons considered by executors to be in distress, sister Mrs. Mary Wybard, -- to wife lands purchased of Mr Fox in parish of St. Mary Magdalene, Bermondsey, subject to payment of debts and foregoing legacies, and all personal estate -- legacies to sisters Maud Wilson, Elizabeth Cobb, Rebecca Mulso, Mary Fisher, Orlebar Wilson, 4 younger children of brother George Orlebar deceased – George, Margaret, Judith, Oliver, -- to brothers Richard, John and Matthew, remainder of all lands and tenements devised to testator by Thomas Orlebar, deceased which remain unsold, and reversion of lands settled on wife as jointure, subject to foregoing legacies, and reversion of lease of Ditchford Mill Holmes. reciting: demise for 1000 years in trust of his share of the lands bequeathed to him by Thomas Orlebar to John Dickins. executor: Wife Sarah, and brothers, Richard, John, Matthew.
