-- to mother-in-law, Mrs Dixon, and John Dickins £10 each
-- bequests to poor of Podington, and to two maidservants.
-- if his wife is with child at his decease, all estate, real and personal to the child, subject to debts and legacies, when it comes of age. Also the reversion of the estates settled on his wife as jointure.

-- legacies to Anne Maria, ‘sister Finche’s’ daughter. 4 persons considered by executors to be in distress, sister Mrs. Mary Wybard,
-- to wife lands purchased of Mr Fox in parish of St. Mary Magdalene, Bermondsey, subject to payment of debts and foregoing legacies, and all personal estate
