John Pierce also surrendered his copyhold to the use of his last will and testament. reciting: will of John Pierce 2 October 1742, devising all estate to wife Sidney. admitting Sidney Pierce widow to these premises to hold of Lord of Manor by the custom of the Manor. 19 May 1768.
