-- piece of waste ground with cottage, now 3 tenements called Spicers alias Nook house, part of East Horndon common measuring 60 feet East – West, 40 feet North – South.
John Pierce also surrendered his copyhold to the use of his last will and testament.
reciting: will of John Pierce 2 October 1742, devising all estate to wife Sidney.
admitting Sidney Pierce widow to these premises to hold of Lord of Manor by the custom of the Manor. 19 May 1768.
