    Recites Marriage Settlement, see (HY58); Bond, 17 January 1728: Owen Thomas Bromsall to John Bagnell of London esquire, for payment of £500 after death of Bromsall to wife Elizabeth; Deed Poll by Bromsall and John Bagnell that the said bond was in trust for Elizabeth, and £500 had been advanced by Astell. It has been agreed that upon Bromsall’s conveying all the messuage etc. for uses thereafter declared, the said bond shall be cancelled: -- messuage in Northill and lands appertaining, occupied by Richard Daniel, (except so many acres lying in the backside of Northill as are in the occupation of Daniel and were formerly part of a farm belonging to the capital messuage of Bromsall.)
