    (i) Owen Thomas Bromsall esquire (brother and heir of Ralph Bromsall, esquire deceased); (ii) William Astell esquire and Elizabeth Astell spinster, his second daughter; (iii) Atkinson Bigby and Timothy Brice merchants, Charles Goodfellow and John Baynell esquire; (iv) Sir Rowland Alston baronet, William Hillersden, William - - - -, and Richard Orlebar esquire. Recites that Astell had at request of Owen Thomas Bromsall advanced to him £7,500 and that there had been paid thereout to John Barrett esquire, principal sum of £5,000 with interest secured by a mortgage of lands in Northill. It was agreed that £5,000 part of £7,500 should be applied to answer the said portion of £5,000 and that the debt would thereby be reduced to £2,500, for which Owen Thomas Bromsall had mortgaged to John Bagnall esquire, in trust for Astell, lands in Southmills and Chalton, Blunham:- manors of Northill and Mogerhanger, and rights; capital messuage or mansion house of Owen Thomas Bromsall and appurtenances; all lands in Northill, Mogerhanger, Over Caldecot, Nether Caldecot, Ickwell, Beeston, Hatch and Budna, Blunham, Chalton,Southmills, Sandy and Roxton.
