(ii) to (iii) at the direction of (i) in trust -- as OR407 except:- Manor of Bassets where Samuel Rolt now dwells 2 crofts (8 acres) adjoining Holme close (7 acres) and 4 acres (2 pightles) purchased of ( ) Robinson. All property except the 110 acres (5 closes) in the occupation of William Maples, 72 acres pasture and closes called Clapham pastures in the occupation of John West, and the Hovell ground (20 acres) in the occupation of (i) to the use of Samuel Rolt for life, then to wife for life. 110 acres for the maintenance of Susannah alone during joint lives of (i) 72 acres and the Hovell ground to the use of Samuel Rolt only as long as he lives with Susannah, in event of separation to the use of Susannah during separation. B. Manor of Wilden, advowson of the rectory, Blackmere close, and the 72 acres in Clapham and Oakley, Mill pastures, Oakley Leys, Baldwyns pasture, messuage purchased Cobb, Falcon messuage, 1 acre common meadow, cottage in the occupation of Wells, cottage purchased Honner, ½ acre Croweseling furlong, ½ acre Portway furlong, messuage south end of Milton Ernest and 4½ acres arable, messuage and 1 acre. to the use of the eldest son of (i) in tail; in default of heirs male to be used to secure maintenance and portions of daughters.
