Manor of Hartshorne alias Blundells; capital messuage or manor house in Over Caldecot, in the occupation of Edward Tingay, and 20 acres appertaining; 2 closes called Kent’s close in Over Caldecot (10 acres) in the occupation of Edward Tingay; piece of meadow in Nether Caldecot (6 acres), in the occupation of Edward Tingay; piece of land called Otherell Yard in one of the fields of Over Caldecot, in Hollow Bushes furlong, abutting the Brook west, and Rush furlong east, land of John Harvey esquire south, James Harvey gentleman north; one other land also an otherell yard in Hill Hedge furlong abutting south on Hill hedges, north on Middle Marsh furlong, land of Henry Fish Palmer esquire east and west. Revokes trusts of recited deeds. Endorsed “Lyle versus Mordaunt”.
