All lately demised by Edith Bredyman, widow, to John Barnes,Thomas Barnes and Edward Barnes for lives of John Barnes, and of Thomas and Elizabeth Barnes, children of John Barnes. Afterwards demised by John Barnes, Thomas Barnes, Steeple Gydding, and Edward Barnes to (i) (i) to (ii) for 99 years or lives of (ii) and his children, Thomas and Elizabeth. Reserving: rents, dues and profits, court baron and leet, woods and underwoods to Edith Bredyman. Witnesses. John Johnson, John Custer senior, William Sayre, Richard Freeman, George Wagstaffe.
