Scope and Content
Recites that Harvey agreed with Barnardiston for purchase of manor of Ickwell Bury and lands for £3,390. Conveyances have been sealed and also another deed conveying the fair. Agreed: that purchase money shall be disposed thus: £1,740 to George Barnardiston, of which £500 remains with Harvey for the discharge of 2 mortgages to Thomas Jessop of Little Gransdon, Cambridgeshire, clerk, within 10 days; £1,150 to remain with Harvey to discharge mortgage to [Bartholomew] Layton. Witnesses: John Richardson, Richard Bell, John Woodyeard, Jonathan Penn.
