Manor or capital messuage in Northill called Ickwell Bury; Mill yards or Coneygreen (4 acres) with a meadow called Rotten meade, and the Hop ground (8 acres) in the occupation of Thomas Atterton at £24 per annum; 4 cottages and closes (14 acres) used with them, in the occupation of John Huckle, Thomas Warrer, John Wheeler and Timothy Field at £20 per annum; a wood (26 acres) in the occupation of George Barnardiston; Broad mead (19 acres) in the occupation of Robert Woodward at £20 per annum;
2 pieces of pasture called the Pyghtells (21 acres) in the occupation of William Pateman at £11 per annum. Witnesses: H. Harding, Peter Trevisa, John Hill solicitor, William Adams his servant.
