Scope and Content
Each month occupies two pages and an entry is made daily. They were kept by Constantinia Orlebar, chiefly at Ecton, Northamptonshire. They were the subject of an article in the Royal Meteorological Society's Journal for October 1955, by Professor Marley.
Archival history
OR 1397-1403, 1405 withdrawn by depositor and not returned. Partial photocopies exist at the relevent numbers.
The original books vary in size from 6 x 8 to 8 x 11". They are paper with brown paper covers, and have from 14-48 leaves.
