    (i) Dame Dorothy Monoux widow of Sir Phillip. (ii) Sir Humphrey Monoux of Wootton, baronet, son of the above. Recites Marriage Settlement by which Dorothy is entitled to £600 per annum in lieu of which she has agreed to accept lands hereafter specified. Sir Humphrey demises in trust to Pulter Forester of Broadfield, Herts. esq.: - messuages, closes, lands, and warren in Sandy occupied by Humphrey Monoux esq,. Thomas Vintner, George May, John Cooper, Francis Hurst, Thomas Atkins, Richard Brittain; messuage or farmhouse in Stanford, Southill, in the occupation of - Caton, widow; messuages, closes and lands in Cardington in the occupation of William Osbourne and John Johnson; close in Turvey late in the occupation of Thomas Sanders now William Alibone; messuages, closes, lands etc. in Wootton in the occupation of Joseph Lancaster, Stephen Taylor, William Basse, William Somertin, John Roe, Ambrose Whitbread, Edward Albany, Arnett Parke and Mary Purton widow, except all timber and trees.
