Recites Mortgage 3 July last: Humphrey Monoux to Dacres and Atkins: -- capital messuage, mansion house or farm place called the Berrystead in Wootton, with the manor and appurtenances. Monoux has paid £2,500 out of the £4,000 borrowed. Witnesses: William Zouch, Clement Farnham.
