(iii) George Gregory of Eversholt gentleman. --1/2 ac. meadow in Stonehill field in Fordmead leys, abutting S.E. land formerly of William Kingham, now John Gregory, N.W. and S.W. land of William Gregory of Whitsend, N.E. partly the Glebe, partly meadow of Ambrose Reddall jr.; 1/2 ac. in Fordmeadow, bounded S.W. land of Stephen Whitbread, N.E. by the Glebe; 1 r. in Fordmeadow bounded S.W. - , N.E. land late John Gregory of Whitsend; all of which belonged to Ambrose Whitbread deceased, bequeathed by him by will 12 Sept. 1682 to Anne. Fine was levied last Hilary term to George Gregory of the said land with others, by Richard Bray, Richard Read sr., and wife Elizabeth, and Thomas Costin and wife Anne.
