Recites Demise by Henry Astrey 20 Jan. 1598 To William Leech grandfather of James:
-- messuage and 1 a . land in Potters End, Eversholt, then bounded S. by land of Henry Gouldsmith, E. and W, Ambrose Reddall and the common green.
William Leech the grandfather bequeathed to son William who demised to son James
-- 1 ac. enclosed as in F594-5. In consideration of a marriage beween James Leech and Jane Quaint of Flitwick widow, messuage and 1 ac. to use of William father of James for life, then to James and Jane; 1 ac. enclosed to James and Jane.
