    Declaration of the trust of the judgements of Sir William Francklin: (i) Oliver Ainge of Lincoln's Inn, gentleman (ii) Sir John Francklin of Mavern, knight, John Hervey, Francis Brace (iii) Sir Edmund Turnor, Thomas Henshaw, Robert Mountagu (and others as below). Whereas various judgements for debt have been obtained by Oliver Ainge, these were in trust for: Sir Edmund Turnor, Thomas Henshaw, Robert Mountagu, Ursula Taylor, Simon Gale, Thomas Beckett, John Carter, Michael Cole and Richard Read, to protect the premises sold to them from mesne charges and encumbrances; and whereas Sir William Francklin by statute staple 10 July 1661 was bound to George Francklin for £2000 to indemnify George from William's debts, it is hereby declared that the said recognisance may at any time be made use of to protect the estates sold to the above persons.
