i) Stephen Edward Thornton, The Grange, Kempston Edward Thornton, Brickhills House, near Bedford ii) William Brown, South Mills, Blunham, farmer reciting that ii) is in occupation of Gibralter Farm (247 acres land and farmhouse) in Everton cum Tetworth is agreed that ii) will give up possession of said farm on 11 October next. i) will pay for straw etc at valuation, and also for seeds and other acts of husbandry and all unexhausted draining signatures i) witnesses: Charles Stafford, Bedford Edward Staunton, clerk to Mr Chapman, solicitor, Biggleswade
