    (i) Fra. Brace of Bedford gent. one of the trustees and exors. of Ralph Bromsall of Northill esq. decd. (ii) Ralph Bromsall of Northill esq., s. and h. of Ralph decd. and Frances Bromsall wid. of Ralph, guardian of Owen Tho. Bromsall younger s. of Ralph. (iii) Tho. Crouch of London mercht. Recites Mortgage F493. Tho. borrowed a further £50 secured by Bond 13 Apr. 1686 (sic) and also £10 secured 20 May 1686 (F495-8). Will of Ralph Bromsall (F499). Owen Tho. Bromsall was born after death of father. Mordaunt and Dennis never acted in the trust. Orlebar and Brace proved the will. Brace received the monies arising from the pers. est. and the rents of the real. Ralph the son received several sums thereout during his minority. Brace, on Ralph's coming of age, delivered an account of his receipts and payments, by which it appears that Tho. Bromsall paid the interest up to 2 June 1698. There remains 11 years 10 months' interest due which with the principal amounts to £1,591.13.4d. Interest has never been pd. on the £50 which amounts to £110, nor on the £10 which amounts to £22. Ralph has given security to pay Frances, Margt. and Owen Tho., his sis. and bro., their portions. It has been agreed that he should keep the monies received by him during his minority and the arrears of rent and his father's pers. est.. and that Fra. Brace should be indemnified from payment. Ralph has received from Frances as guardian of Owen Tho. £50 in part of interest on £50 and £10, so that now there remains due £1,673.13.4d only. Recites also will of Tho.
