Owen Tho. Bromsall was born after his father's death. Mordaunt and Dennis never acted in the trust. John Orlebar and Fra. Brace proved the will. Fra. Brace received the monies arising from the pers. est. and the rents of the real est. Ralph the son received several sums thereout during his minority. Frances Bromsall is now 21 and her portion is payable. Disputes have arisen between Ralph Bromsall and Fra. Brace and the younger chn. Fra., Margt. and Tho. A "state of trust" has been made by Fra. Brace sr. Ralph has agreed to pay arrears and portions inconsideration of money received during his minority. Accordingly several mortgages have been assigned in trust to secure.
