iii) Under will of her late uncle, Nicholas Pearse, Esq, is entitled to 1/20th part to a considerate fund and to a share of the monies arising from sale of estate of said Nicholas Pearse at Loughton, Essex (share estimated at £3500).
It is his agreed that Brice Pearse will give a portion of £7500 with his daughter and a further £5000 on his decease.
ii) On solemnisation of said marriage, will become entitled for his own use to £1500 (part of said portion) and £6000 residue and said £5000 and said 1/20th should be vested in trustees.
