Reciting the marriage settlement of Godfrey Thornton and Mary Littledale, 20 and 21 January 1794, and of Godfrey Thornton and Susanna Dixon, 2 and 3 July 1821 and also a Recovery of Trinity term, 2 George IV. Also reciting the death without issue of Susanna Dixon. ii) Is entitled during joint lives of himself and father to £597 10s iii) Under will of her late uncle, Nicholas Pearse, Esq, is entitled to 1/20th part to a considerate fund and to a share of the monies arising from sale of estate of said Nicholas Pearse at Loughton, Essex (share estimated at £3500).
