- Scope and ContentDear Sirs, We very much enjoyed our trip to Italy which you arranged for my wife and myself. Everything went according to programme. We received the best possible attention from the Italian people and I must confess that I have come back with a better regard for the Italians. The Hotels were splendid. We have never received better treatment or better food anywhere, and we have done a considerable amount of travelling. There is a small refund due on account of not taking breakfast at the Hotel Savoy, Florence. The only train available which you were able to arrange left at 6.20, which meant that we had to leave the Hotel between 5 and 6 0'clock. The Savoy Hotel marked the voucher accordingly and asked us to apply to you for a refund in London. Yours truly, H C Janes.
