marriage is to take place bet ii) and iii)
ii) is entitled to the property later described
i) is entitled to £1998 6s 6d, £200, £600, £100, £300, £350, £300, £150 and £250 secured by lease of release and assignments, mortgages etc (as in schedule)
it is agreed that said property and said mortgage debts (total £4248 6s and 6d) and interest should be conveyed to iv) in trust
reciting release and assignment of even date between

b) William Thomas Chapman
c) Elizabeth Ann Yoxen
d) Alfred White
e) Daniel Brooks

now ii) with consent of iii) release to iv)
- 9acres land in Windmill Field in Potton (conveyed to her by deed of 19 July 1843 from the executors of Richard Lunnis, Waresley, Hunts, formerly of East Hatley, Cambs, farmer, deceased)
to be held on various trusts
it is agreed by all parties and in particular by i) that iv) shall hold said sums on trust for the children of ii) and iii)

Mr Daniel Brooks died at Bognor, Sussex, 25 October 1857.
Mrs Elizabeth Ann White died at Langford 21 July 1871 buried Northill.
Mr Alfred White died at Langford 14 August 1872 buried Northill.)
