reciting that it has lately been deemed expedient to extent the Ivel Navigation towards the North and South Bridge in Shefford and so i) have agreed to borrow £500 on mortgage from iii), now in consid of said £500 paid to ii) by iii) i) assign to iii) - tolls, duties etc (except toll of 3d granted to tenants of watermills and to lock keepers, as provided in River Ivel Act) interest- 5%p.a.
