Ann Francis died on 28 March 1877. After her death the estates were sold at 'Rose and Crown' Inn, Potton on 18 May 1877. Proceeds,
after all expenses paid, amounted to £1346 15s 9d i.e. £269 7s 1d to each of the five parties entitled thereto
At death of Edward Leech there were six children living of his marriage
with Elizabeth Leech - John Leech, i), ii), George Leech, iii) and Mary Ann Leech
John Leech died in March 1873 leaving his wife, iv) (formerly Warren) and daughter, v), surviving him
George Leech died in April 1875, a bachelor
Mary Ann Leech died in July 1876, a spinster
On 15 February 1878 letters of administration to the personal estate of Edward Leech, deceased, were granted by PPR to vi)
On 13 March 1878 Charles Bond and William Thomas Chapman paid unto said William Thomas Chapman as mortgagee, £50 for principal and £45 3s 3d for interest, and £174 3s 10d to vi) i.e. £269 7s 1d
said £174 3s 10d plus £1 4s - the value of the furniture left by Edward Leech - makes £175 7s 10d minus expenses of £30 17s 1d for the letters of administration and £48 3s 7d to vi). Of remaining £96 7s 2d duty was deducted of £23 11s 9d leaving £72 15s 2d which is now divisible into 4 i.e. £18 3s 10 1/4d for each of i), ii) and iii) and £6 1s 3 1/4d to iv) and £12 2s 7d being retained for v) aged 8
now i), ii), iii), iv) and v) release vi) from any claims against her husband's estate
