    (i) Mich. Payne of St. Brides, London gent. (ii) John Peck of Harrowden, Cardington gent. Recites that differences have arisen between the said Mich. Payne and Eliz. his w., and Robt. Bromsall of Sandy yeom. his s Tho., Alice Bromsall sp. and the said John Peck and Oliv. his s., and Mary Kellet wid. Mich. Payne in right of his w., who was relict of John Bromsall of Sandy decd., claims by virtue of a settlement on her by Bromsall a mess., croft or clo. of past., cott. and 50 ac. land in Girtford and Sandy. Payne also claims of Robt. Bromsall and John Peck an account of the profits of the premises since John Bromsall's death. He also claims of Tho. Bromsall and Mary Kellet a release of their estate in part of the premises which they claim by two mortgages. To avoid further trouble Payne has agreed to convey the premises to Peck upon his paying £130. Wtns. Jere. Brerton (?), John Bunyan, S. Hanwell.
