reciting the birth to iv) and ii) of a son, John Harvey, the grandson, and 2 daughters, now i) and ii) revoke all privisions in deed of 2 December 1873 now is agreed that all Manors, farms etc which are subject to powers of appointment in various deeds, shall remain as to property in 3rd part of schedule of 27 December 1871, to uses in favour of ii) as expressed in said indenture as to other property on various trusts to secure an income for ii) and his wife, if she survives him, trust created in respect of Ickwell Bury in favour of ii), John Harvey the grandson, and his children, power given to revoke above provisions and trusts
