    i) John Harvey, Ickwell Bury ii) John Edmond Audley Harvey iii) Anne Jane Harvey, wife of i) iv) Rosa Frances Harvey, wife of ii) v) said John Harvey Beatrice Susan Audley Harvey, Ickwell Bury, spinster vi) Vincent Bavington Kennett, barrister at law; Godfrey Astell, H M 60th Regiment of Foot, reciting the will of Sarah Harvey, deceased, sister of i), by which i) is entitled on death of sister, Mary Harvey, spinster, to an interest in various sums of money ii) is under immediate orders to leave England for foreign service and wishes to make provisions for wife and any children of their marriage, it has therefore been agreed that i) should join ii) in appointing: immediate additional yearly rent charge of £500 in favour of ii) during joint lives of i) and ii) another £250 yearly rent charge as above to take effect after the decease of Mary Harvey during lifetime of i) another yearly rent charge of £150 in favour of i) and ii) but to take effect only after the decease of Thomas Harvey Dutton Bailey, nephew of i) during lifetime of i) another yearly rent charge of £300 in favour of iv) during joint lives of her and i), such rent charge to take effect on death of ii) during lifetime of i) rent charge of £150 in favour of the children of ii) it is further agreed that after decease of i), iii) shall have uncontrolled use of mansion house at Ickwell Bury for life, she to reside there for at least 6months in every year, to keep property in good repair and insured, and not to underlet. Now i) and ii) make provisions regarding payment of said rent charges vi) to be trustees for securing payment of the rent charges in the event of the death of ii) in lifetime of i).
