Letter to Marjorie Balaam [Secretary to the Fund] from the Rev. W. Sent design to Vicar two months ago to be approved by your Committee and by the Parochial Church Council, before being passed to the Diocesan Advisory Committee. The architect who designed it died recently, but he had completed the design and the work will be finished by a colleague of his.
