    .. to James Underwood, Esq, Ordnance Office, Tower of London - £100 ... to niece Mary Verrall, daughter of brother, George Verrall - £500 ... to such of sons and daughters of brothers George Verrall, William Verrall and Thomas Verrall and of sisters, Mary Rickman and Elizabeth Gardner as are living at the time of my decease - £100 each ... to nephews, George Henry Verrall and Plumer Verrall, sons of brother, George Verrall - £650 stock in 4% Bank annuities in trust to pay to Mrs. Mary Cartwright, London, sister to my late wife, Elizabeth Verrall, deceased - 10s weekly out of the interest, for life after her death, the stock is to be sold and proceeds used to provide her with an economical funeral, and also George Henry Verrall and Plumer Verrall to have £100 each as renumeration for their trouble in executing the trust residue to be divided equally between nephews and nieces ... to son-in-law William Payne, and nephews, George Henry and Plumer Verrall - all messuages, lands, monies, real and personal estate in trust to permit daughter Lucy, Wife of William Payne to receive rents etc for her own use during her life, after decease of said Lucy Payne property to be turned into money and to be divided equally between her children. If no children, then to be distributed between nephews and nieces, if Lucy Payne dies in lifetime of her husband, then £2000 in 5% Bank Annuities (part of said trust monies) shall be suspended during lifetime of said William Payne, in trust to permit William Payne to receive during his lifetime the interest, dividends and profits.
