Marriage is to take place bet i) and ii) i) is possessed of £450 £3 5s% reduced annuities and certain messuages and land now i) with consent of ii) confirms to iii) - freehold cottage divided into 2 situated in Biggleswade Street in Potton, once purchased of John Page - 4 acres ground near said premises with new erected buildings and pump - 3 acres in Windmill Field in Potton (no 43) in occupance William Perry and George Daniels devised to i) on the death of her mother, Ann Emery, (on 13 Nov 1849) by will of Thomas Emery, 30 Nov 1809 - 1/3 part of --- 2 parts or shares arable land in Windmill Field, Potton (nos 4 and 5) (6 acres) formerly belonging to Henry Sheffield North 3 shares or lots in the same field (1,2,3) East highway from Potton to Everton near Byard's Green South late Mary Emery and now Mr Lioyd's share West late Lord Torrington, now William Henry Whitbread, Esq [W H Whitbread] Furzen Closes formerly in occupance Henry Sheffield, deceased, late of James Carter and now of William Buckle and James Judd and were devised to his nieces and nephew, Francis Emery, i) and Samuel Emery Barnes as tenants in common by Samuel Woodcock Emery of Potton, deceased, by his will dated 18 Nov 1829, proved at Bedford on 4 Feb 1835 - other 1/3 part in said land conveyed to her by indenture of 21 June 1847 bet a) Samuel Emery Barnes b) Ann Emery, Potton, widow and c) said Ann Emery to be held by iii) on trust together with said £450 £3 5s reduced annuities for i), ii) and their children [trusts detailed in said deed but generally the lands to go to her children and annuities as i) should appoint by will] signatures all endorsed witness: W Thomas Chapman, solicitor, Biggleswade 7 Oct 1850
