    Agreement: Sir William Francklin, son and heir apparent of George Francklin, with Sir John Francklin. The capital messuage or manor house of Mavern, with other messuages and lands in Bolnhurst, Wilden, Ravenhurst, Thurleigh. Recites deed 10 August 1678 by which George Francklin revoked former deeds and settled estates to himself and his heirs. The true intent and meaning is that Sir John may be saved harmless from debts wherein he may be bound for Sir William. If the debts are paid, Sir John will join with Sir William in a new settlement.
