Memorandum 'that the within named Lucy Downing has not yet received the sum of one hundrend and fifty pounds as within mentioned and therefore will have to received an equal share with the rest of my dear children' with pencil note 'Proved in the Prerogative Court shortly atter Testator's decease which happened soon after writing the Will'
