- all property vested in testator at his decease
... to sister, Amy Jeffries
- debt of £150 and any arrears of interest owing, as security for which testator hold title deeds of malting etc at Great Barford
... to niece, Frances Amelia Bird, who now lives with him
- such articles (not exceeding in whole £60) as she shall select from household furniture
... to said Robert Ayres Jefferies and Thomas Clarke
- £1400 in trust to invest and pay annual income to said Frances Amelia Bird For Life
-£800 on trust. Moiety of income to nephew Thomas Ayers, son of late bor, Thomas Ayers, and other moiety to his wife, niece Ann Ayers (daughter of sister, Elizabeth Jefferies) for life, and then capital to go to their children
-£500 in trust to pay income to Sarah Thompson, daughter of Ann Ayers of Sandy (said Sarah being niece of deceased estate not otherwise disposed of in trust to convert into money for benefit of nephews and nieces of himself and deceased wife (except Frances Amelia Bird, Thomas and Ann Ayres and Sarah Thomson) in equal shares
said trustees during lifetime of nephews said Robert Ayres Jefferies and Sellis Jefferies shall not sell any part of real estate as in schedule until it shall have been offered to said nephews at prices as in schedule.
