    - Farmhouse at Pepper End North Three Tuns, now called the Three Brewers -Bayes Close (3acres) -pieces of land cont 6acres 1rd 38p, 9acres 12p, 2acres 20p, 13acres 2rds 26p, 5acres 2rds, 2acres 2rds and 2acres (total - 41acres 1rd 16p) said pieces of land are situate in Langford and adjoin each other North allottment under Langford enclosure act to George Nigel Edwards, Esq., since of Gen Raynsford and now of Rev Henry Addington East land of said Alfred White, being copyhold of Manor of Holme with Langford South freehold of Alfred White South West once William Newman, now Alfred White being copyhold of Manor of Langford - 5acres 2rds 32p in Holme Field North Rev Henry Addington NE & South Alfred White West Alfred White (freehold) to be held to the use of William Thomas Chapman, subject to a conditional surrender made by Alfred White to Henry Hunt to secure £3000 and interest 5% p.a. and upon trust that if said Alfred White shall pay to William Thomas Chapman £4372 17s 4d with interest, then said premises shall be resurrendered to Alfred White.
