Of which £3001 was paid by iv) to ii) and £2999 being consid for copyhold prop of Manor of Langford, make £6000 which is total amount owing to ii)
and £1608 6s pd by iv) to iii) and a further £399 to iii)
i) at the request of iii) and with consent of ii) conveys to the intent that the residue of said term of 1000 years may be merged,
and ii) at request of iii) yields up
- such part as has not been sold to the Great Northern Railway Company, of
--- 68 acres 3 rds 26p in Langford
--- 22 acres 2p
to iv) and v) as his trustee
iii) has retained mortgage deed of 25 April 1849 and covenants to produce it, with map on back of one of sheets of the deed.
