    Some Keysoe tenants occupy land in 'Little Staughton Field'; 'my Lord of Bolingbroke having no more land in Staughton Field than what the tenants of Keysoe then occupied'; when Duke of Newcastle purchased Keysoe he 'adjusted the matter', & has been in quiet possession, & so has Lord Harley; no separate rent is paid for it, but will go into it with old Mr. Brace, the Bedford attorney; thinks the estate was a good bargain, & that some prospective Bedfordshire purchasers were disappointed.
