- ready money, debts, personel estates etc to hold subject to the payment of certain legacies:... to 4 daughters, Elizabeth, Ann and Sophia Norman
- £400 each at 21 or marriage
- trade and business of testator
mother, Elizabeth Norman, to reside with him and to be clothed and maintained at his expense
If said Elizabeth Norman declines to reside with son, or marries again then to have annuity of £50 paid quarterly out of above estates
Said 4 daughters to reside, be clothed and maintained by said Mark Norman
If said children cannot agree to reside together, then son to pay such of said sisters as do not live with him - 5% p.a on legacies wife, Elizabeth Norman (unless she marries again) and M Norman - executors
