    To use of Andrew Foley and John Foley -all freehold messuages, lands etc in Bedfordshire and all copyhold interest in property in Bedfordshire in trust for sale. Proceeds to be held in trust -personal estate for trusts and purposes hereinafter declared -£2000, previously mentioned in will, to be paid as soon as possible after her decease -Bank Long annuity of £100 p.a. after death of Dorothy Dowdeswell Trusts -to pay her debts etc -to pay debts owing by late nephew, Willaim Lockwood, and which were not paid either by nephew Edward Lockwood Percival or out of property of William Joseph Lockwood, a minor no such debts to be allowed interest and only those to be paid as in schedule (not extracted) -to place proceeds at interest. Dividends and interest on trust monies to be paid to cousin, Dorothy Dowdeswell for her life after her decease, said interest, (the house in Marlborough Buildings and furniture and produce thereof excepted) to use of William Joseph Lockwood at 25. If he dies under 25 then to go to his children at 21 in equel shares, if no children, then to be divided among nephew and nieces, John Cutts Lockwood, clerk, Anne, wife of George Fuller, Esq., Matilda Lockwood and Frances Dorothy wife of Charles Drummond, Esq.,or their children.
