i) Mary Schutz, Albermarle Street, St George's, Hanover Square, Middlesex, widow, Lady of the Manor of Langford
ii) Lacon Lambe, Herefordshire, gentleman
iii) Anne Foley, Bath, widow and devisee of Robert Foley, late of Kingham, deceased on 18 Sept 1761 said Robert Foley surrendered into hands of Lord to use of his will-all his property. On 6 July 1773 surrendered said messuage, lands etc to use of Lacon Lambe as security for repayment of £1000 and interest, according to a Bond.
Robert Foley died 1783, By his will dated 21 August 1781 he devised all his property in Bedfordshire to the use of his wife, iii), in trust for sale. 2 July 1783 Lacon Lambe admitted tenant on conditional surrender to secure said£1000. Said sum repaid on 21 Feb 1784 iii) has agreed with i) for enfranchisement of copyhold messuage for £400 subject to perpetual fee farm rent of £3 7s 6d payable to i) now in consid of said £400 and said principal sum of £1000 i), and ii) with consent of i), release to iii) ---Messuage in Langford (or site whereon one formerly stood) once in occupance William Albone ---Close pasture adjoining ---Cottage or toft or barn in same close total 4 acres ---Great Pye's Close (4acres) ----37 acres arable belonging to said messuage, formerly land of John Rush ----Close pasture in Flexmore End (1 acre) ----2 acres arable, part of lands once belonging to farmhouse late in occupance Robert Robinson ---49 acres arable in Langford ----Close of pasture in Church End, Langford, (2 acres) ---- Close pasture formerly belonging to a freehold messuage of said Robert Robinson -----3 acres 3 rods arable in Langford, formerly the land of Anthony Reynolds and afterwards of Robert Robinson.
