    i) Robert Foley, D.D. plaintiff ii) Michael Tovey, Thomas King defendants, John Tovey, a bankrupt, and wife Elizabeth. Reciting previous deeds and transactions and also the death of James Thomas, for whom i) is executor and assignee of his estate, and also death of Elizabeth Tovey, mother of John, on 2 Oct 1749. Master of the Rolls decreed that matter be referred to Mr Spicer, one of the Masters of the Court. It is decreed that the mortgaged premises are to be sold subject to such interest as Elizabeth Tovey has in the 11 acres copyhold, all proper parties are to join in the sale, all deeds to be produced before the Master of the Rolls ii) to be paid their costs i) to be paid what is due to him for principal and interest surplus to be paid to Michael Tovey and Thomas King,
