-all real estate whereever situated, remainder to Robert Harley, Lincolns Inn, Esq.,during life of said Rev Robert Foley.
To go to the sons of Robert Foley after his death. If no sons then to Edward Foley, second son of Thomas Foley, Stoke, Herefordshire, Esq., or such other sons of Thomas Foley as said Robert Foley shall nominate. Otherwise to eldest of youngest sons of said Thomas Foley.
