Surrender by Robert Ball, by the hand of Richard Osborne, bailiff, of a cottage in the occupation of William Walsham, late Robert Skarrets, 3½ acres land, 1 acre meadow called “A Quarterlande”; rent 3 shillings; and 1 acre land, late John Brownelle, 4 pennies; to the use of wife Margaret for life, and then to son Steven; charged with payment of £4 to brother William, £4 to sister Jane, and £4 to brother John, and £4 to sister Agnes, and £4 to brother Robert. Admission of Margaret. Fine 3s. 6d.
