The problem is whether Sir John and Lady Fagg can sell during the lifetime of Elizabeth Newman (the mother of Lady Fagg) except with her consent.
Reference is made to the fact that Ann Newman was a minor at the time of her marriage to Sir John Fagg.
Various opinions are given but it seeems to be agreed that the property could be sold in the lifetime of Elizabeth Newman, if she agrees
