Reciting death of George Crouch, who held of the Manor:
- cottage at Langford at Water End, with close of pasture and hempland adjoining (1 acre) now in occupance John Dennis
- 8 acres arable in Langford common fields in occupance Richard Wheeler property had been surrendered to the use of his will on 17 November 1773 and enrolled on 21 October 1774
by his will dated 20 June 1780 he divised all his lands in Langford and Arlesey to nephew Richard Freeman, senior
Said Richard Freeman is now admitted tenant to above premises and he immediatley afterwards surrendered them to the use of his will.
