Reciting surrender by Roger Hunt, Buntingford in the parish of Layston, Herts, and wife Fanny, on 14 Nov 1774, of
- messuages in Biggleswade, now in occupance Mr Gregory, surgeon, to use of Jacob Hunt, Huntingdon, apothecary (subject to the condition of a surrender of 30 Dec 1773 by Roger and Fanny Hunt to the use of Edward Cooch, junior, to secure the payment of a certain sum of money).
Said Jacob Hunt is now admited tenant to said property
