    Recites FN 755; and states that after death of Agnes, Thomas Chicche, Gilbert Manfeld, Nicholas Potyn and John Dreylonde died, leaving only William Emery and William Makenade; also recites that Richard atte Lese granted manor of Sapyndon and lands in Chartham and Peckham to Thomas atte ?Conne, Reginald Kyngeslond, Richard atte Halle, chaplain, John Shelne, and Stephen atte Levetonne. John Shelne died, and the others conveyed to Nicholas Potyn, Gilbert Manfeld, John Dreylonde, John Stace, William Makenade and William Emery. William Makenade released rights to William Emery. Now therefore William Emery has demised to those above-named to the use of William Makenade.
