- cottage in Biggleswade called the Dog and Doublet
- that part of my grounds called the Bishops which lies at the west end of the church to inherit at 23. If he die before then without issue, then property to brother, James Hide, at 23. He to pay £10 each to surviving brothers and sisters.
To said James Hide at 23
- rest of property not devised, in Biggleswade called the Bishops and now in occupance Thomas Gwynn.
If he died before 23, without issue, then to brother, Richard Hide at 23, he paying £10 each to rest of surviving brothers and sisters.
