- the Delves being pasture and arable (5acs)
-meadow near Biggleswade bridge in Northill (10 acres) lately purchased by ii) from i)
- Bishops Closes in Biggleswade
- yearly rent charge of £1 3s 4d issuing out of:
---Monks Mead in Caldecote, Northill, late the freehold of Ralph Bromsall, Esq., deceased, and which was purchased by Richard Lee, gentleman, deceased, grandfather of i), amongst said piece of meadow containing 10 acres and the Bishops which said rent charge is still in the said Richard Lee and unpurchased
