    i) Richard Lee and wife Mary ii) Edward Rudd, Biggleswade, gentleman iii) Richard Hyde It is agreed that before end of next Trinity term i) will levy fine unto ii) and iii) -21 acres arable and meadow ground in Biggleswade - the Delves being pasture and arable (5acs) -meadow near Biggleswade bridge in Northill (10 acres) lately purchased by ii) from i) - Bishops Closes in Biggleswade - yearly rent charge of £1 3s 4d issuing out of: ---Monks Mead in Caldecote, Northill, late the freehold of Ralph Bromsall, Esq., deceased, and which was purchased by Richard Lee, gentleman, deceased, grandfather of i), amongst said piece of meadow containing 10 acres and the Bishops which said rent charge is still in the said Richard Lee and unpurchased Signatures all Endorsed witness: Samuel Luke
